Our values underpin everything we do across all areas of our work, although each value is particularly associated with one area of work. Each of these areas has its own specific vision - see below.

Supported Housing
Our vision: We will be an innovative and key provider of a range of housing and accommodation support options – offering safe choices, high quality information, advice and guidance – to enable young people to overcome homelessness and worklessness and work towards independent living.
Services: Supported accommodation at The Campus; temporary low-risk accommodation in Devonshire House

Learning and Development
Our vision: We will be a principal provider of training, education and employment services and opportunities to help young people overcome barriers to success. We will also offer high quality bespoke training programmes for the business community.
Services: Learning and Development programmes across our five centres; Skills for Independence programmes in Derby and Chesterfield for those in supported accommodation

Our vision: We will endeavour to provide safe and nurturing environments and services for children and young people whilst encouraging them to develop self-confidence and an appreciation of healthy lifestyles.

Sustainable Community Development
Our vision: As a grassroots organisation, we will research and develop sustainable programmes in partnership with our communities to meet identified needs.
Services: North Derbyshire Furniture Project; Tenancy Sustainment Service; Hospitality Service at The Campus; Street Drinkers Panel in Derby; Central Services (YMCA Derbyshire's admin support)
