This website is a space for all partners of the Consortium to share monitoring and evaluation resources and share good practice. 

The aim is to offer access to a range of tools, useful information and guidelines to aid you in compiling evidence of your outcomes and impact you are having on the families you are working with. This is a space that all partners in the consortium can contribute to and benefit from.

Our Project Aims

• To create stronger and more prosperous families and communities that are better skilled/prepared to enable children to achieve their potential and, wherever possible, become economically active.

• To increase innovative solutions / shared best practice.

• To improve effective, sustainable delivery (and commissioning) of family services.

• To establish a robust evidence base for consortium members to demonstrate positive outcomes and increase opportunities to secure funding.
