Room Hire At The Campus

Are you looking for a modern, spacious and fully air-conditioned room to hire for a meeting, presentation, exhibition or rehearsal? Whatever your requirement, YMCA Derbyshire’s new Campus building has the right room for you!

The ground floor has a large, air-conditioned room which can comfortably cater for up to 157 people, theatre style. The room can be subdivided into three sections to make smaller rooms for private meetings, forums, discussions and teaching sessions. The large windows make this room light and inspirational, and it is also ideal for sports and dance classes as it has a spring loaded floor.

On the upper level three teaching rooms and a boardroom are available for hire. The teaching rooms are comfortable and spacious and have large windows with coloured film. The rooms are equipped with the latest in modern technology, such as interactive smart boards and up-to-date computers. We have three teaching rooms which can each cater for around 20 people.

The boardroom, our pièce de résistance, is a beautifully equipped room with pine furniture, built-in storage space, white board, flip chart and projection system.

All rooms are available Monday to Sunday, from 8am until 10pm. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building and deaf loops are fitted in rooms.

Rooms are priced by the hour, exclusive of VAT, although discounts can be given in certain circumstances to not-for-profit organisations and societies.
