Bookings policy
To make a booking:
- Please complete the days you require on the booking form that we provide – see the main Y-Play page to download all relevant documents.
- If you need extra days at any time you can call us on 07981 302670. A session will only be allocated once we have made sure that the correct staff ratios are in place and that a place is available.
- A completed registration form must be received by Y-Play before your child can attend. This is so that we have the appropriate health details, emergency contacts details and so that we know who will be collecting your child.
- If your child needs additional support, limited one to one places are available and are allocated prior to the play scheme starting. Please contact the Playscheme Coordinator for further details.
Payments:
- All our payments are now dealt with directly by YMCA Derbyshire's Finance department. Your booking will not be secured until full payment has been received.
- Full payment is required before your child can access the scheme.
- Fees – please see our booking form for current fees.
- Late collection fee (after 1pm or 6pm) – £2 for each 15 minutes.
- Fees can be paid by cash, childcare vouchers or a cheque made payable to YMCA Derbyshire
- Payments should be posted to: Y-Play Playschemes, YMCA Derbyshire, Unit 1, The Old Maltings, Forman Street, Derby DE1 1JQ
Cancellations:
- It is important that all parties understand that we are a not-for-profit organisation and our budgets are planned before each session to allow full value for money.
- Cancellations cause a great deal of problems because in many cases the equipment has already been purchased, the staff numbers planned and expensive trips and transport booked.
- No refunds will be given on cancellations.
